August 10, 2011 Lingerie Française Eschews Seating, Adds Pop-Up Boutique

Lingerie Française, the French federation of lingerie and swimwear, hosted its annual fashion show, this year entitled "Ladies of the Silver Screen," at the Fermenting Cellar in the Distillery District on July 27. Projected video clips of actresses like Sophia Loren and Elizabeth Taylor introduced each collection, and, as in past years, the show incorporated a dance performance in between the vignettes, "to keep the energy high". October 22, 2010 17th Annual Venetian Ball Smashes Records

This past weekend saw Villa Charities annual Venetian Ball take place at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre where Westbury's involvement was crucial in the event's success. The Venetian Ball engaged more than 100 production technicians over a 36 hour period to create a full sensory experience composed of two distinct locations. The Reception Lounge, spanning 30,000 square feet, incorporated full lighting, as well as animated projection surfaces in order to create an interactive entrance to the main dining room. The Dining Room, itself, incorporated full concert audio, lighting, and staging, as well as an enormous blended video experience. 10 flown projectors, utilizing over 400 running feet of 30'h projection surface embraced the dining hall, visually immersing the audience in the projected environment.
